• Accounting
  • Monthly statements are available on our online portal for the owner and tenant. You can check payment status, repairs or scheduled maintenance.
  • Bills will be paid on the owners’ behalf.
• Rent Receipt can be found online.
• Associated Cost
  • The NC Rentals and Property Management Firm will charge the owner 7.5% of the monthly rent, the lowest in the Triangle area.
  • We will manage your property even if the home is not occupied during that time period.
  • We will take care of the renewal process, taking care of every detail.
