Let’s get started in finding your perfect home for you and your family. Here are the steps needed in order to secure the perfect rental home. 

1. Fill out our easy online application.
2. Once your application has been submitted and thoroughly reviewed, we conduct a standard background and credit check.
3. After your background and credit check have come back and there are no issues, we will notify the owner of the property for approval.
4. At this point, you will sign the rental documents.
5. A security deposit and first month’s rent will be paid after the rental documents have been signed.
6. THAT’S IT! YOU’RE DONE! You can pick up your keys and MOVE IN!!!

Please keep in mind a few requirements that all tenants must abide by.

• All occupants must be listed on the lease
• All occupants over 21 must complete a background check
• Monthly rent is due on the 1st of the month and is late on the 5th of the month
• A 60 day notice is required at the end of the lease
